We offer three levels of facelift, tailored to your individual needs:

Facelift Light: A more superficial method where the surgeon works with the layers of the skin and superficial tissue. Suitable for those who want a simpler procedure with faster recovery, especially if the skin on the neck is not a concern.

Deep Plane facelift: A more advanced technique that reaches the deeper anatomical structures. Here, the tissue is repositioned to its original position, giving a natural result without the typical "operated" look. The result lasts longer, the scars are finer, and the procedure provides a softer, more discreet rejuvenation.

Custom Plan: With our Custom Plan, we can combine different procedures for a result completely tailored to your goals, to achieve a complete and harmonious rejuvenation result.

Facelift Light

Facelift Light is a less extensive facelift that focuses on tightening the skin in the lower part of the face, primarily around the cheeks and jawline. The procedure is aimed at those who desire a fresher appearance without undergoing a full face- and neck lift.

Unlike more advanced techniques, the neck muscle (platysma) under the chin is not treated. Instead, a superficial tightening of the muscle beneath the skin is performed and the skin is stretched to a limited extent, resulting in a subtle but visibly rejuvenated appearance.

Since the procedure only requires local anesthesia, it is particularly suitable for patients who do not wish to or cannot undergo general anesthesia.

The incisions are placed around the ears and at the sideburns, where they can be discreetly hidden in the natural contours of the skin to ensure minimal visibility of scars.

This procedure is suitable for those who want a milder lift of the face without the need for treatment of the neck area. It is especially appropriate for those who want a shorter recovery time and prefer to undergo the treatment under local anesthesia.

Deep Plane Facelift

Deep Plane Facelift is our most comprehensive facelift, designed to create a natural, youthful, and long-lasting improvement of both the face and neck. The procedure is performed using the Deep Plane technique, which means that the surgeon works in the deeper tissue layer to achieve maximum lift with minimal tension on the skin.

An important part of this procedure is the treatment of the SMAS (Superficial Musculo-Aponeurotic System), the supportive tissue layer beneath the skin that gives shape and structure to the face. By lifting and repositioning the SMAS layer, we can effectively improve facial contours and reduce signs of aging, particularly around the cheeks, jawline, and lower face.

In addition to this, the platysma muscle in the neck is also treated. Through a separate incision under the chin, the surgeon can tighten and reconstruct the platysma, which significantly improves the neck profile and eliminates band-like wrinkles as well as skin sagging.

The incisions are placed from the hairline above or at the sideburns, continuing around the ears and backwards toward the neck. A small incision under the chin allows for precise treatment of the neck musculature and helps to improve the contour and definition of the neck.

The procedure provides a comprehensive rejuvenation of both the face and neck by treating the underlying structures, including the SMAS and platysma, restoring natural volume and firmness. The result is improved facial contours and a more defined neck line, with a long-lasting and harmonious outcome. Custom Plan

With our Custom Plan, you have the opportunity to enhance your facelift with complementary treatments that strengthen and deepen the result. The treatment plan is developed together with our plastic surgeon and is designed entirely based on your individual conditions and goals.

The Custom Plan is a comprehensive treatment program that includes a full face- and neck lift using the Deep Plane technique, combined with carefully selected additional treatments to achieve an optimal and harmonious rejuvenation result.

Each plan is individually tailored and can include upper and lower eyelid surgery, PRF treatment in multiple sessions, and fat grafting to selected areas or the entire face to restore natural volume and improve skin quality.

The plan can also be complemented with a lip lift, either as standard or in combination with a Corner Lift, as well as muscle-relaxing treatment in one or more areas to soften dynamic lines. Further improvements to the skin's structure and quality can be achieved with nanofat in combination with Dermapen and CO₂ laser treatment, which are often recommended in multiple sessions and can be used both for skin rejuvenation and scar improvement.

If necessary, earlobe reduction can also be performed, as well as an eyebrow lift either via a direct incision or with endoscopic technique, which simultaneously allows for a harmonious elevation of the entire forehead area.

By combining several advanced treatments within the same treatment plan, a more complete and long-lasting result can be achieved.
