These terms and conditions apply when you book a consultation, treatment, or surgery at Kosmetisk Kirurgi & Cosmetic Surgery LL Medical AB, which operates Novokliniken.

2. Booking

You can contact and book Novokliniken through the website's contact or booking forms, via the external booking system Metodika, by phone, e-mail, or through the clinic's account on Instagram.

A booking is registered once you have received a booking confirmation from us, normally via SMS. Please check that the details in the confirmation are correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.

A booking does not guarantee that a specific treatment can be carried out. The treatment is subject to the responsible practitioner assessing that it is medically appropriate and can be performed in a safe and responsible manner.

3. Consultation

Before surgeries and certain other treatments, a consultation and medical assessment are required. During the consultation, we go through your wishes, conditions, possible treatment options, risks, and expected results.

The consultation costs 650 SEK. The fee is not deducted from the price of any potential treatment.

4. Price and Payment

Current prices are shown on the website, in the booking information, or in an individual quote. If a price is stated as a starting price, the final price is determined after an assessment of the scope of the treatment and your individual conditions.

Payment can be made at the clinic by card or Swish. Novokliniken also offers invoices and the option of installment payments or financing through an external provider. The specific terms and conditions for invoicing or financing are provided by the respective provider.

Novokliniken does not currently charge any general booking fee or deposit prior to surgery.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

A standard appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the booked time. Cancellation can be made via phone, e-mail, SMS, or through the booking system.

In the event of a missed appointment, 650 SEK will be charged. If you become ill, you should contact the clinic as soon as possible. In case of illness, the cancellation fee is waived.

6. Special Rules for Surgeries

If you become ill prior to a planned surgery, you must contact the clinic as soon as possible. Following a medical assessment, the surgery date may be moved.

Any special terms and conditions specified in your quote, treatment plan, or booking confirmation apply in conjunction with these terms. In the event of conflicting information, the individually communicated terms shall take precedence.

7. Late Arrival

Please arrive in good time for your appointment. If you are running late, you must contact us as soon as possible. In the event of a late arrival, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure the treatment can be carried out safely and without affecting other patients.

8. Your Health and Information Before Treatment

You are responsible for providing correct and relevant information about your health, medications, allergies, previous treatments, and other circumstances that may affect safety or the outcome.

Follow the instructions you receive before and after the treatment. Contact us if your health status changes before the treatment, if you become ill, or if you are unsure whether the treatment should be carried out.

9. Medical Assessment and Right to Decline Treatment

Novokliniken reserves the right to postpone, alter, or decline a treatment if the responsible practitioner assesses that it is not medically appropriate, that safety cannot be guaranteed, or that your expectations cannot be met in a responsible manner.

10. Minors

Novokliniken does not perform plastic surgery procedures on persons under 18 years of age.

11. Results and Follow-up

Medical and aesthetic results vary from person to person. Information, images, and examples on the website or in marketing materials are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of a specific result.

If follow-up is included in the treatment, this will be stated in the information you receive before the treatment. Contact the clinic according to the instructions you receive if you experience unexpected discomfort or have questions after the treatment.

12. If the Clinic Needs to Reschedule

We may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to illness, medical reasons, technical issues, or other circumstances that prevent the treatment from being carried out safely. We will contact you as soon as possible and primarily offer a new appointment time.

Questions regarding any consequential costs are handled based on the circumstances of the individual case and in accordance with applicable mandatory law.

13. Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased at Novokliniken. Price, validity period, and any special terms are stated on the gift card or the information provided at the time of purchase.

14. Personal Data

Information on how we process personal data in connection with bookings, consultations, and treatments can be found in our privacy policy.

15. Feedback and Complaints

If you have feedback on the booking, our service, or a treatment, you should in the first instance contact Novokliniken at info@novokliniken.se or 010-500 61 00. This allows us to investigate what happened and try to assist you.

16. Mandatory Law

These terms do not limit the rights you have under mandatory consumer, patient, or other applicable legislation.

17. Amendments

We may update these terms when our services, procedures, or applicable regulations change. The terms of which you were informed at the time of booking apply to that specific booking, unless otherwise required by law or a subsequent agreement.
