Arm lift

Arm lift (brachioplasty) is a surgical procedure aimed at removing excess skin and/or fat from the upper arms, which can create a slimmer and firmer appearance. The procedure is performed either through liposuction alone, surgical skin reduction, or a combination of both, depending on your individual needs and skin elasticity.

The most common reason for seeking an arm lift is excess skin after significant weight loss, but genetic factors or age-related loss of skin elasticity can also be reasons for undergoing the treatment. Regardless of the reason, you are very welcome to a consultation, and we always tailor the treatment to your individual conditions and wishes.

During the surgery, excess skin and sometimes also underlying fatty tissue are removed to create a smoother, more proportioned arm shape. The incision is discreetly placed on the inside of the arm or slightly towards the back to minimize visibility. In milder cases, the incision can be limited to the armpit, whereas with larger amounts of excess skin, it may extend along the entire upper arm to the armpit. The exact length of the incision depends on the amount of skin that needs to be removed and will be discussed in detail during the consultation.
