This is the most common method. The implants are available in various sizes, shapes, and consistencies from the leading manufacturers Motiva and Mentor. You and your surgeon will together choose the option that best suits your body. The placement of the implants varies, either under the mammary gland, under the muscle, or in a so-called Dual Plane, depending on the desired result and your anatomical conditions.

Implants are not lifelong. Replacement may become relevant after 10 to 15 years. Regular check-ups with ultrasound or MRI are recommended.

Autologous Fat (Fat Transfer)

This is a natural method for those who want to avoid implants. Fat is harvested from, for example, the abdomen or thighs, processed, and injected into the breasts. The method provides subtle and soft results and is completely compatible with the body. The treatment can be repeated if additional volume is desired.

When to Combine with a Breast Lift?

If your breasts have lost firmness after pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight change, a breast lift may be needed in combination with enlargement to achieve an optimal result. This will be assessed during your consultation.

You will have the opportunity to try out different implant sizes in a bra to get a better idea of the proportions. With the help of 3D simulation, you can also visualize possible results.
